Terms of Use

Last updated: October 15, 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of TX Cruises, run by Local Business Assist LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We are not a travel agent

TX Cruises is an independent information site about cruises departing Galveston, Texas, including ships, itineraries, ports, hotels and parking. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking company, and we do not sell travel. We do not take bookings or payments. When you book, you book directly with the provider, under that provider's terms, prices and cancellation rules.

Prices, availability and accuracy

Prices, availability, amenities, schedules and policies are set by the cruise lines, booking sites, tour operators, insurers and hotels, not by us, and they change often. Any price or detail on this site is a guide only, based on what we found when we last checked. Always confirm the current price and details with the provider before you book.

We work to keep information accurate, but travel details change and mistakes happen. The site is provided "as is", without any promise that it is complete, current or error free.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. If you book or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more.

Third-party sites

We link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, prices or privacy practices. Any booking or purchase is between you and that company.

Your use of the site

Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. Do not copy or republish our content without permission, try to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to scrape it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Local Business Assist LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from information on it, or from any booking, trip or purchase you make with a third party.
