Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Who we are

TX Cruises (txcruises.com) is an independent travel information website run by Local Business Assist LLC. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Local Business Assist LLC. "You" means anyone who visits the site.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it and the choices you have. It does not cover the websites of companies we link to. They have their own privacy policies.

Information you give us

If you use our contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, your message and your consent to be contacted. The form is built on HighLevel (GoHighLevel), the software that runs this website, so your message is stored in our HighLevel account and sent to us by email notification.

We use these details only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Our newsletter is run by Beehiiv. If you sign up on txcruises.beehiiv.com, Beehiiv collects your email address under its own privacy policy, and you can unsubscribe from any email.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9BZBN9PV7B) to count visits and see which pages people read. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location and the site that sent you here. We use this only to understand and improve the site. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them for analytics and for the site to work properly. Companies we link to, including affiliate partners, may set their own cookies when you click through to their sites, so they can tell that you came from us. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of other sites may not work without them.

Affiliate links

Some links on TX Cruises are affiliate links to CruiseDirect (through the CJ affiliate network), Viator, Squaremouth and Booking.com (through CJ). If you click one and book or buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. When you click, the partner may record that the visit came from us, usually with a cookie or a tracking code in the link. We do not receive your payment or card details from these partners. What you share with them is covered by their privacy policies, not this one.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the services that run this site and its forms (HighLevel), our analytics provider, and when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of the conversation, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics service.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Send the request through our contact form at /contact. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send payment details or other sensitive information through our contact form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
